JavaScript is a programming language used for creating interactive web pages. It is a powerful scripting language that can be embedded in HTML pages and used to add interactivity and dynamic features. In addition, JavaScript can be used to create animation, style sheets, and Ajax applications. It is used to control web browsers. It is a general-purpose language and can be used in many different contexts, including desktop applications, server-side scripts, and client-side scripts. JavaScript is used to add interactive elements to web pages, such as the ability to navigate through a website using the keyboard. JavaScript has made it possible for a user to interact with a web page in ways that would have been impossible 10 years ago, for example by adding animations and audio files.

Having said that, it is used to design web pages for HTML. In order to understand how JavaScript is being used, we have to explore the internal components of JavaScript which is used to help design interactive web pages. Let us understand the internal components of JavaScript:

1. ECMAScript: It is the basic scripting language that is guided under international standard organization. Whatever designs have been made in JavaScript are confirmed under ECMAScript specifications. It is the blueprint for creating a scripting language.

2. JavaScript Engine: In every programming language, we will be having compiling engines. These engines convert the programming code into computer code so that the computer can understand what the developer wants to write. In JavaScript, we have a JavaScript engine. It helps to convert the JavaScript code into binary code to let the computer understand. The most popular JavaScript engine is Google's V8. It is an open-source high-performance Web Assembly engine written in C++. It follows ECMAScript and converts the code into machine language.

3. JavaScript Runtime: Runtime is a program life cycle. It executes the program, keeps it running, and helps edit the code, arranges a compile-time, so on and so forth. JavaScript Runtime refers to executing the JavaScript code and running it on google chrome (if it is used V8). After modifying the code from JavaScript language to machine language using V8, the developer has to use a runtime machine to work it on a browser.

4. Benefits of Learning JavaScript

JavaScript is a language that runs in the browser. It is extremely powerful but difficult to master. Learning JavaScript manage skills like the following will help you succeed.

1. Learn the difference between HTML and JAVASCRIPT.

2. Learn how to write simple JAVASCRIPT programs.

3. Learn how to write more complex JAVASCRIPT programs.

4. Learn how to make a website interactive.

5. Learn how to use Java applets on websites.

6. Learn how to embed Java in the website.

7. Learn how to create a pop-up ad using Java.

8. Learn how to create an animated GIF image.

9. Learn how to create a banner ad using Java.

10. Learn how to create a mouse-over effect with Java.

11. Learn how to create a 3D effect using Java.

12. Learn how to create a lightbox popup ad using Java.

13. Learn how to use Java to read a Radio Shack card using an RFID reader.

14. Learn how to create a form using Java, so on so forth.

Conclusion

Do your research and start learning everything from the basics to excel in JavaScript.
